• We strive to process and ship orders promptly. Please allow a production time of 4-7 days for your order to be prepared for shipping. Our average shipping times range from 5 to 15 days. You can expect your tracking number to be updated within 3-5 days after your order has been shipped. 2. Can I return my order if I'm not satisfied or if there's an issue?

• Absolutely! We offer a 100% money-back guarantee for defective or damaged products. You have a 10-day window from the date of receipt to return the item for a full refund. To be eligible for a refund, the unit must be in its original state, without any new alterations, including but not limited to cut lace, tinted lace, restyling , etc.

• Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping costs. Once we receive the product in its original condition, we will refund the full amount of your original purchase. Please ensure you include your name and order number on the returned parcels. If your package is in transit, kindly wait for it to arrive before initiating the return process.
